PART A: PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

1. Seller

2. Buyer

The person whose details are entered at checkout (the “Buyer”). Name, delivery address, billing address, phone and email are taken from the order form and form part of this Form.

3. Product(s)

The product name, quantity, unit price (including VAT), shipping fee and total price are shown on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email, which form an integral part of this Form. The basic characteristics of each product (material, dimensions, set contents, packaging) are stated on its product page at https://bulbolcrystal.com/.

The Seller’s products are crystal glassware, porcelain, glass and home decor items. Minor variations in shape, color, bubbles or finish are natural characteristics of glass and crystal manufacturing and are not defects.

4. Price and Payment

All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made online by credit or debit card using a secure online payment service. Card details are processed by the licensed payment service provider and are not stored by the Seller. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price shown at the time the order is confirmed applies to that order. Where installment options are offered, the applicable terms are displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

Dispatch time: Orders are shipped within [2-4] business days of payment confirmation, and in any case within 30 days of the order date.
Estimated delivery time: [7-12] business days after dispatch.
Shipping fee: Calculated for each order according to the product price, quantity and product category, and shown separately at checkout before payment. Shipping fees are paid by the Buyer.
Delivery area: Türkiye / international shipping.

If the Seller cannot deliver within 30 days, the Buyer may terminate the Agreement and receive a full refund.

6. Inspection on Delivery (Fragile Goods)

Products are fragile. The Buyer must inspect the package in the presence of the courier before signing for it. If the package is damaged, crushed, opened or leaking, the Buyer must not accept it, or must have a damage report (tutanak) prepared by the courier and notify the Seller immediately at [email protected] or +90 534 821 78 90. The Buyer’s statutory rights regarding defective goods remain reserved.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer, without giving any reason and without penalty. For multiple products ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period starts when the last product is delivered.

To exercise the right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email, KEP, registered letter, phone call confirmed in writing or via the form below) within the 14-day period, and return the product within 10 days after the notice.

Conditions for return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging with all accessories, labels and documents.
Because crystal and glass are fragile, the Buyer must pack the product securely for return. Damage during return caused by inadequate packaging is the Buyer’s responsibility.

Return shipping cost: Paid by Seller.
The Seller refunds the price paid and the standard delivery fee, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15):

Products made to the Buyer’s specifications or personalized (for example engraved, monogrammed or custom-designed items).
Products that by their nature cannot be returned, are liable to deteriorate, or whose packaging has been opened where return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
Any other products or services listed as exceptions under applicable law.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints and disputes are first handled directly between the Seller and the Buyer. The Buyer may send a complaint to [email protected] or call +90 534 821 78 90, and the Seller will respond promptly and seek an amicable settlement.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the competent authorities under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563: the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at the Buyer’s place of residence or the Seller’s place of business, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

Compensation for any damage is settled through the Seller’s online store platform.

9. Acknowledgment

By clicking the confirmation button at checkout, the Buyer declares that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form, including the Seller’s details, product characteristics, total price including taxes, payment and delivery terms, and the right of withdrawal, in electronic form before placing the order and paying.

PART B: DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi)

Article 1: Parties

Buyer: The person whose name and details are entered in the order form on https://bulbolcrystal.com/.

Article 2: Subject

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 3: Product, Price and Payment

The type, quantity, price, shipping fee and payment method of the product(s) are as stated in the order summary and confirmation email, which are part of this Agreement. If the payment is not completed or is rejected by the bank, the Seller has no obligation to deliver.

Article 4: Delivery

The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer through the carrier, within the times stated in Section 5 of the Preliminary Information Form and in any case within 30 days of the order date. Delivery is made to the Buyer or the person at the stated address. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer on delivery. The Buyer must follow the inspection procedure in Section 6 of the Preliminary Information Form.

Article 5: Seller’s Obligations

The Seller undertakes to deliver the product free of defects, in accordance with the stated specifications and within the stated period. The Seller will notify the Buyer promptly if a product becomes unavailable and will refund any payment within 14 days. The Buyer may be offered an equivalent alternative, which the Buyer is free to accept or decline.

Article 6: Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer confirms that they have read the Preliminary Information Form, accepted it electronically and provided accurate delivery and contact information. The Buyer must inspect and receive the product in accordance with Article 4.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer’s right of withdrawal, its exceptions, the return procedure and refund terms are as set out in Section 7 of the Preliminary Information Form, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

Article 8: Defective Goods

The Buyer’s rights concerning defective goods under Law No. 6502 (including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination, and the statutory warranty and liability periods) are reserved. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the defect without delay. Variations inherent to glass and crystal manufacturing, as described in Section 3, are not defects.

Article 9: Personal Data

The Buyer’s personal data is processed for order fulfillment, invoicing, delivery and legal compliance, in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Text available on the website. Payment card data is processed solely by the licensed payment service provider and is not stored by the Seller.

Article 10: Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from this Agreement are first resolved directly between the Seller and the Buyer. If no agreement is reached, they are referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s residence or the Seller’s place of business, under Law No. 6502 and the E-Commerce Law No. 6563, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade. Compensation for any damage is settled through the Seller’s online store platform.

Article 11: Entry into Force

This Agreement is concluded electronically when the Buyer confirms the order at checkout. The Buyer accepts that they have read and understood all its terms and the Preliminary Information Form. The Seller retains electronic records of the Agreement as required by law.
