1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to you or to a person designated by you, without giving any reason and without penalty.

For orders containing multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period begins when the last product is delivered.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period, using any of the following methods:

After sending the notice, you must return the product within 10 (ten) days.

3. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

Be unused and undamaged
Be in its original packaging with all accessories, labels and documents

Because crystal and glass are fragile, you must pack the product securely for the return shipment. Any damage occurring during return transport caused by inadequate packaging is your responsibility.

5. Refund

We will refund:

The price you paid for the product(s)
The standard delivery fee

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following products cannot be returned:

Products made to your specifications or personalized (for example engraved, monogrammed, or custom-designed items)
Products that by their nature cannot be returned, are liable to deteriorate, or whose packaging has been opened where return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons
Any other products or services listed as exceptions under applicable law (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15)

7. Inspection on Delivery (Fragile Goods)

Our products are fragile. You must inspect the package in the presence of the courier before signing for it. If the package is damaged, crushed, opened, or leaking:

Have a damage report (tutanak) prepared by the courier

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain reserved.

8. Defective Goods

Your rights concerning defective goods under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 — including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination, and the statutory warranty and liability periods — are reserved. You must notify us of any defect without delay.

Please note: Minor variations in shape, color, bubbles, or finish are natural characteristics of glass and crystal manufacturing and are not considered defects.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints are first handled directly between us and the Buyer. You may send a complaint to [email protected] or call +90 534 821 78 90, and we will respond promptly and seek an amicable settlement.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your place of residence or the Seller’s place of business, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, under:

Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563

Compensation for any damage is settled through the Seller’s online store platform.
